Our Story
EmpowerUs began in New Zealand in 2011 and ran two fields of property investment and spiritual systems.
The spiritual side grew into a Manaian Way new earth philosophy while our money was made through property management, developing property and solving property related issues.
After moving back to Australia in 2017, EmpowerUs Australia was born, and the two fields amalgamated into a cooperative and moral property model that aligns affordable housing need with investor gains while protecting builder margins and the developer need to end debt and grow equity.
Glenn Phelan is the pioneer developer of this property concept, the visionary of the Manaian Way philosophy, the engineer behind Karmic Credits, a trading model that ends poverty, hardship, debt and government dependency, and built a framework for collective and global governance with the introduction of Resident Councils and Guardian Councils to work in parallel and bridge the old debt-based reality with the Manaian needs-based alternative.

Glenn Phelan's Karmic Credit Trading system is a phone app which provides individual access to a preloaded Karmic credit account filled with a quarter of a million credits, and when used it has a monthly top-up of 6500 credits per month and accounts have a 6-digit limit to ensure credits continue to flow throughout a community.
Karmic credits is ready to be used in any country 1 for 1, and its real function will be revealed when the world gets a little bit worse and geopolitical tension may make debt-based leaders have a real look at what works and what doesn't, and if they want, the new money supply could be used to pay down existing country debt if it was introduced through the World Bank as a People's Reserve Currency.
