Society has moved from chiefdoms to kingdoms to democratic constitutional oligarchs which now use the debt-based financial system to separate citizens into layers, each dependent on the other, using rules and regulations to dictate how our lives can function. This Pyramid model ensure that the people bows to their rulers.

 

Rather than staying in a system of indebtedness where we are tilted in the bowing posture, EmpowerUs Australia has built a needs-based alternative where we stand upright together - brothers in arms - to form a functioning collective authority built on Unity.

To form a Collective governing model beneficial to all, we must design a basic set of stable systems that we automate and which become leaderless which is how a true collective governing model works. Leaderless automation designed to benefit and protect all of the people and the planet is where we go after we have produced the Collective Master Agreement society should follow based upon a philosophy that is entwined throughout its systems and tools to produce the outcome the philosophy forms.

The Manaian Way philosophy governs needs-based systems and tools, guided by a goal to make the basic needs of housing, electricity, telecoms, transport and a basic amount of food and water free, which leads to an outcome of freedom, equality, safety, security, stability and peace, by default.

 

Our Collective authority does not have one man or company structure standing above all else, no one with their hand out for more money or who can corrupt it, or change its intention by a vote, no. This is a basic Manaian umbrella endorsed by the collective to implement simple automated systems bound by the collective loop of its systems implementations that empower this reality.

Under a Duocracy - collective rule over dual systems: Debt-based and Needs-based, allows the old systems to operate and function as is, while the new systems install Resident Councils in towns and communities for infrustructure works, and use Karmic Credit accounts to pay for the updates or builds without the inaction and long waits of shire council equivalents.

Karmic Credit accounts are preloaded with 275000Kc and each account recieves a 6500Kc p/m top-up (78k p/a) without work or debt attached, to ensure people can cover their basic needs for free whether they have work or not, and to stop the pooling of money (hoarding), Karmic currency is designed to flow and does so simply because accounts have a 6-digit limit - what goes past 999999Kc disappears forever, and this reteaches us to buy goods, not pay them off, for the benefit of all.

The Guardianship housing model uses a Guardian Right (equitable proprietory interest) over the fixtures of a property (house,sheds, fences, driveway etc) which is bound by Master Terms and Joinder agreements that ensure a Guardian Right depreciates by 10% p/a annualized, and the Landholder has Call Options to buy back the right at specified times for transparent fixed prices under Bare trust conditions.

Twin markets under Duocratic framing also ensures basic food supplies can sustain a world of people, while excesses go into resturaunts and manufacturers, and the same can be done with fuel and electricity.

The choice between living in a controlling pyramid, or living in a Unity based society is a new concept, granted, but we are living in the end times - the downfall of the greedy and corrupt US Empire - and we get to choose where humanity is heading, dont we?
